Kelly Daley is a C.A.S., R.Y.T., Intern Supervisor at the California College of Ayurveda and founder of Daley Ayurveda in Brewster, NY.

Kelly discovered Ayurveda while completing her RYT 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia in 2016. It was as if a bright light was turned on in the depths of her heart. A flame of love, clarity and new direction was ignited within. She felt like she had finally found her way back HOME to loving Mother Earth, Healing Medicine and Divine Spirit.

Kelly graduated from the prestegious Ayurveda school in the US, the California College of Ayurveda, where she completed her Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.) program. She has accumulated almost 5000 hours of educational and practical experience, including about 1000 hours of Supervised Internship.

As an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, Kelly has always felt deeply connected to the 5 elements and the ways in which they affect the mind, body and spirit. Kelly guides and inspires clients to nurture a lifestyle of health, peace, and balance within and with the world around them. Kelly utilizes Ayurveda and Yoga, meditation, pranayama, herbal medicine, diet, and lifestyle routines to support you on your holistic healing journey.

Kelly lives with her family in New Milford, CT. As a holistic mama, one of her passions is helping women navigate conception, pregnancy and postpartum with Ayurvedic Cleansing, Rasayana Therapy and Prenatal Yoga. Kelly completed her 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2021.

I feel it is my purpose to be of service to those in need of support, to educate those seeking knowledge, and to be a channel for conscious healing.”

Discovering Ayurveda Charitable Donation -

For the months of March & April, Daley Ayurveda will be donating 5% of all ‘Discovering Ayurveda’ sales to Wells For Life. Wells For Life is a charitable organization established in 2001, which provides clean and safe drinking water to rural villages and communities in need throughout India.

Water is not only necessary for our physical and mental bodies to function, but according to Ayurveda, water is what gives us the ability to have compassion, empathy, and emotional fluidity. May we all feel connected to India, Ayurveda’s homeland, and show love and compassion for its people. Thank you for helping us give back to the country that has taught us so much!
